These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Finlay Social service (the "Service") provided by Finlay Social ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Finlay Social helps trades businesses create and publish social media content. We text you prompts about your jobs, you reply with photos and short answers, and we write, schedule, and publish posts across your connected platforms and help manage your reviews.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program name: Finlay Social.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Finlay Social related to your account, including daily content prompts, follow-up questions, and service notices.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Most customers receive up to two messages per business day (a morning prompt and an afternoon follow-up). Frequency depends on your plan and activity.
Message and data rates may apply.Your mobile carrier's standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received. Finlay Social does not charge for the text messages themselves, but your carrier may.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending you texts. You may receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Your responsibilities
- You confirm that the mobile number you provide is yours and that you are authorized to opt it in to messaging.
- You are responsible for the photos, videos, and information you send, and you confirm you have the rights to share them.
- You will not use the Service for unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.
Content and publishing
You grant us permission to use the content you provide to create and publish posts on the social accounts you connect. You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you send, and you can review and request changes to posts through your dashboard.
Payment
Fees, billing periods, and any applicable taxes are described in your order or plan. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results, reach, rankings, or engagement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finlay Social is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
