Information we collect

  • Business and contact information you provide, such as your business name, trade, service area, website, mobile phone number, and email address.
  • Content you send us, including text message replies, photos, and videos you upload about your jobs.
  • Connected account information when you link social profiles (for example Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business) so we can publish on your behalf.
  • Usage information, such as which posts were published and basic delivery records, used to operate and improve the Service.

How we use your information

  • To create, schedule, and publish social media posts in your voice.
  • To send you SMS prompts and follow-up questions, and to collect the photos and details we need to do the work.
  • To request and manage customer reviews on your behalf.
  • To provide support, send service notices, and bill for the Service.

SMS messaging

If you opt in, we send you text messages as part of the Service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can get help by replying HELP or contacting us at support@finlaysocial.com. See our Terms & Conditions for full messaging details.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is never sold.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed to do so. These include our messaging provider (Twilio), our email provider (Resend), our content and storage providers, and the social platforms you connect (such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google) so we can publish your posts. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@finlaysocial.com.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
